Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at linksyguystools.com, creating an account, or purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Linksy Guy's Tools.

License & Permitted Use

Upon purchasing a product and successfully completing license activation, Linksy Guy's Tools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for the duration of your subscription period.

• Licenses are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (7, 30, or 365 days). Lifetime licenses have no expiry.
• Each license key is valid for use on a single device as determined by hardware fingerprint (HWID).
• Licenses are linked to your Linksy Guy's Tools account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• You may not sublicense, sell, resell, rent, or otherwise transfer access to your license to any third party.
• Use of the software is strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming automation on the supported games listed on each product page.

Device Binding (HWID)

Our software uses Hardware ID (HWID) fingerprinting to enforce per-device licensing. When you first activate a license on a device, that device is bound to your license for the duration of a cooldown period.

• Each license is bound to one device at a time.
• You may reset your HWID binding once per cooldown period via the account dashboard. The cooldown duration varies by product.
• Attempting to bypass, spoof, or defeat HWID enforcement is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
• Hardware changes (e.g. motherboard replacement) may trigger HWID mismatch. Contact support via Discord for assistance in such cases.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provided for the amount displayed at checkout.

• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All purchases are one-time payments for the selected subscription duration. No automatic renewals occur.
• Upon successful payment, your license key is generated and delivered to the email address associated with your purchase within minutes.
• Linksy Guy's Tools does not store your payment card details. All financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of associated licenses.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products or services for any of the following purposes:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software product.
• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with any security, licensing, or copy-protection features.
• Distributing, re-selling, or sharing license keys or software builds with any third party.
• Using the software in a way that violates the Terms of Service of the targeted game or platform.
• Using the software for commercial gain, including offering farming or automation services to other players for payment.
• Submitting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with the intent to obtain services without payment.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions imposed by Linksy Guy's Tools.

Updates & Availability

Linksy Guy's Tools strives to maintain software compatibility following game patches and updates. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We provide software updates free of charge for the duration of active licenses.
• Temporary service interruptions during game updates or major patches are not eligible for refunds.
• We reserve the right to discontinue a product. In such cases, affected users with active licenses will be notified and compensated at our discretion.
• Updates are distributed automatically through the in-app updater (where available) or via the download portal.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or purchase products.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify us immediately via Discord if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Linksy Guy's Tools is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Guarantees that use of the software will not result in a game account ban or penalty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linksy Guy's Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Loss of gaming accounts or in-game assets.
• Costs of procuring substitute products or services.
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Linksy Guy's Tools reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and licenses at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks.
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward our team or community members.

Upon termination, your right to use all licensed software immediately ceases. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period in cases of termination due to policy violations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and/or Discord server.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
